Güerito Customs Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

At Guerito Customs, we know you’re excited to rock your new gear, and we’re just as excited to get it to you. Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-7 business days because we use print-on-demand partners to create your items. This means your item is custom-made just for you.

  • Orders are only processed Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays may add a slight delay.

Shipping Time

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • Once shipped, orders typically take 3-4 business days to arrive.

  • In rare cases, some items may take up to 10 business days due to supply chain or fulfillment delays.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Address Errors

  • Double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you make a mistake, email us at guerito@gueritocustoms.com as soon as possible.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Missing or Delayed Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please:

    • Verify your shipping address.

    • Check with your local post office.

    • Peek over at your neighbors (just in case).
