Delivery

When will I get my order?

Listen, we know you can’t wait to flex your new gear, and we’re just as excited for you! Typically, it takes us 3-7 days to fulfill an order (because good things take time). Once that’s done, it’s on its way! Here’s how long it should take within the United States:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a network of on-demand print and fulfillment centers within the USA. That means your order ships from the location that can get it to you the fastest. No magical teleportation (yet), but we’re close!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Good news! Since we currently only ship within the USA, you won’t have to worry about customs or international fees.

My order should be here by now, but it’s MIA. What should I do?

Don’t worry, your package isn’t on a permanent vacation. Please do the following before contacting us:

  1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any typos in your delivery address.

  2. Ask your local post office if they’re holding onto it like it’s a national treasure.

  3. Peek over at your neighbors—maybe they got your package and are admiring your fresh drip.

If none of that works, shoot us an email at guerito@gueritocustoms.com with your order number, and we’ll help you track it down. If you made a mistake with your address, we can send you a replacement—but shipping will be on you.


Orders

How are your products made?

We partner with a print-on-demand drop shipper that has facilities across the USA. Your gear gets printed and shipped from the closest facility, so it gets to you faster than your abuelita telling a chisme.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If it’s not showing up, feel free to email us at guerito@gueritocustoms.com, and we’ll help you out.

I received the wrong/damaged product. What do I do?

Well, that’s not the vibe. If we messed up, let us make it right! Email us at guerito@gueritocustoms.com within a week, and include:

  • Photos of the wrong or damaged product

  • Your order number

  • Any other details that help us understand the issue

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We keep it simple—no returns or exchanges. But if there’s something wrong with your order, we’ll make it right. Contact us at guerito@gueritocustoms.com with details.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available if you receive the wrong item or if your item arrives damaged. Send us photos of the issue, along with your order number, and we’ll sort it out.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Sorry, exchanges aren’t a thing here. We’re a small shop, not a department store. If you’re not sure about your size, no worries—just shoot us an email at guerito@gueritocustoms.com, and we’ll happily provide a sizing chart for the product you’re interested in. But if we sent you something mislabeled (it happens), let us know within a week of receiving it. We’ll fix it faster than your tias at a family party start dancing.
